A course aimed at existing and aspiring Middle Leaders in Primary, Secondary and Special School settings, who want to pro-actively improve their management and leadership skills, in order to make a measurable impact on Learning and Teaching standards within their settings.

Additional requirements

Participants will also require an in-school Mentor, who we will confirm can fulfil the mentoring sessions throughout the Year

Course information

The course will run in both Northampton-based and Towcester-based locations. The course content is identical in both locations.
All participant are expected to attend a minimum of 90% of the training sessions in order to receive their course certificate.
Priority for course places will be given to members of any of the Teaching School Partnership alliances.

You can also click the "Details" button to view a quick overview of course dates and times. When you are ready, click the "Register (Individual)" button to start the registration process. If you are making a booking for more than one attendee for this course, you may find it quicker to use the Register (Group) button, which amalgamates the attendees for the event onto a single booking process. Booking Completion

Click the "Process Registration" button. You will quickly be emailed a copy of your booking form. In due course, the school delivering the course will send an invoice which will refer to the reference on the booking form.
